I start by getting to know the users, sharing their feelings, taking into account their needs, limitations, considering the circumstances surrounding their experiences. These helps me to gain valuable insights to inform my design decisions.
My research involves gathering data about users through interviews, surveys and usability testing to inform my design decision. This helps me create products that truly meets the user needs and enhance their interaction with the product.
